Autism Hearts Gallery

Sunday, May 22nd was the date of the Annual Walk for Autism for 2011 at the Athens High School Track. While a few raindrops came down, it didn't dampen the spirits of more than 200 people who turned out to support the event. There was music to encourage people to walk and food and drink to reward them when they were finished!

The children enjoyed games and balloons, as well as face painting.

Walkers were excited to pick up their pre-ordered
t-shirts. It was a colorful group moving around the track.

Drawings were held for door prizes and raffle prizes were offered as well as a 50/50 drawing.

Thanks to all who attended and hope to see you next year! Because of your generosity, over $9,000 will be given back to the community!!!!!!
